Plessi's multidisciplinary practice has included collaborations with luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Dior. For the collaboration with Galleria Barovier&Toso, the artist created a perfume bottle that bridges the gap between art and everyday life. The small object embodies Plessi's vision of perfume as something inherently round that envelops. Container and fragrance become one, with no boundary between vessel and content. The bottle holds a specially created fragrance named 'Movimenti dell'anima' (Movements of the Soul). By connecting glass and scent, Plessi expands his characteristic multisensory artistic language beyond video and sound.
